Memorial Sloan Kettering is investigating whether ERAS-601, a SHP2 inhibitor, can safely and effectively treat advanced, progressing chordoma. The single-arm trial administers ERAS-601 at 40mg BID on a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off schedule.
