Phase 3 Sacituzumab Tirumotecan TROP2-directed ADC for Endometrial Cancer

This Phase 3 study evaluates whether sacituzumab tirumotecan combined with pembrolizumab prolongs survival and delays disease progression versus pembrolizumab alone in patients with advanced or recurrent mismatch repair–proficient endometrial cancer. Participants receive induction therapy with standard chemotherapy and pembrolizumab at centers such as Miami Beach and Tel Aviv, followed by maintenance or subsequent treatment arms investigating investigational sacituzumab tirumotecan regimens.
