Roswell Park Cancer Institute is evaluating ASP-1929 photoimmunotherapy paired with cemiplimab in patients with refractory, inoperable, or metastatic stage IIIB–IV NSCLC. This study employs a targeted approach where a light-activated cetuximab conjugate and PD-1 blockade work in tandem to enhance tumor cell destruction and immune response.
