Phase 2 Trial: Adjuvant Quisinostat in High-Risk Uveal Melanoma

University of Miami is evaluating whether quisinostat, an HDAC inhibitor, can prevent metastatic spread in high-risk uveal melanoma when used as adjuvant therapy. Participants receive up to 17 cycles over 51 weeks and are followed for up to 2 years post-treatment.
