Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is conducting a comparative prospective trial to assess the effectiveness of the FDA-approved nadofaragene firadenovec gene therapy against standard intravesical regimens (including GemDoce) in high-grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients. This study aims to optimize treatment strategies for NMIBC, particularly in challenging cases with BCG failure.
