Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is evaluating a sequential regimen that combines decitabine with FLAG-Ida chemotherapy and reduced-intensity conditioning using total body irradiation, followed immediately by an allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplant in adult patients with high-risk myeloid malignancies (AML, MDS, and CMML). This Phase I/II study aims to define the optimal dosing and assess safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy to reduce relapse risk.
