Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins is testing whether an initial phase of testosterone plus ZEN-3694 (BATZEN) followed by dose-escalated ZEN-3694 with enzalutamide (ZENZA) can reduce tumor size more effectively in metastatic CRPC patients progressing on second-generation AR-axis inhibitors.
