- Trial ID
- NCT06904378 on ClinicalTrials.gov
- Cancer type
- Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)

Investigators at WashU are testing whether CD11b agonism can reprogram the tumor microenvironment to overcome resistance to checkpoint immunotherapy in advanced, unresectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The open-label trial evaluates ontegimod combined with gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel in a dose de-escalation Phase I, followed by Phase II experimental and control arms.
