Phase 3 RMC-6236 pan-KRAS inhibitor in RAS-mutated NSCLC

This Phase 3 trial compares safety and efficacy of RMC-6236 versus docetaxel in patients with advanced non‐small cell lung cancer harboring RAS mutations after prior treatment. Sponsored by Revolution Medicines, Inc., the open-label, randomized study is being conducted at multiple US centers including Nashville, Fairfax, San Juan, Maumee, and Salt Lake City.
