Calibr, a division of Scripps Research, is evaluating an engineered autologous T cell product (CLBR001) plus an antibody-based biologic (ABBV-461) in patients with refractory, locally advanced, or metastatic breast cancer to establish safety, optimal dosing, and initial efficacy. This study uses a single infusion of CLBR001 followed by ABBV-461 cycles, with regular monitoring of safety and disease response.
