A Pilot Study of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET-directed Radioligand Therapy in Patients with Metastatic Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

This pilot study is evaluating the safety and efficacy of 177Lu-PSMA-617 radioligand therapy in PSMA-positive metastatic or unresectable HCC patients who have progressed on second-line treatments, including prior anti PD-L1. Participants will receive 7.4 GBq IV every six weeks.
