Marengo Therapeutics is investigating the safety and efficacy of STAR0602—a TCR-targeting, bifunctional antibody-fusion molecule—in combination with the TROP2-directed ADC, sacituzumab govitecan, in patients with unresectable, locally advanced, or metastatic solid tumors, including TNBC and HR+/HER2– breast cancer. This open-label study uses a safety run-in phase followed by cohort expansion to determine the recommended dose and clinical activity of this novel immune-targeted combination.
