In this randomized umbrella study under a pembrolizumab master protocol, participants with previously treated Stage IV squamous NSCLC receive treatments every 3 weeks until disease progression. Investigational arms include Raludotatug deruxtecan—a CDH6-directed ADC using DS-6000a—and Infinatamab deruxtecan, a B7-H3-directed Topo1 toxin ADC, alongside standard docetaxel, a tubulin inhibitor. Sponsored by Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, the trial evaluates treatment response and safety for patients resistant to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy.
