This randomized umbrella study by Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC assesses two investigational ADCs—raludotatug deruxtecan (CDH6-directed) and ifinatamab deruxtecan (B7-H3-targeting Topo1 toxin ADC)—versus docetaxel in patients with stage IV nonsquamous NSCLC that has progressed after standard therapy. The trial evaluates safety, tolerability, and tumor response in this novel approach for metastatic disease.
