BeiGene is evaluating the safety and tolerability of BGB-21447—a Bcl-2 inhibitor—in combination with fulvestrant, with or without BGB-43395 (a CDK4 inhibitor), in adults with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer. Sequential dose-escalation cohorts in Part A (BGB-21447 plus fulvestrant) and Part B (BGB-21447 plus fulvestrant and BGB-43395) will determine the optimal dosing regimen.
