Phase 2 trial: Patritumab Deruxtecan, a HER3-directed antibody-drug conjugate with Pembrolizumab.

This umbrella study investigates adding investigational agents to pembrolizumab with or without platinum-based chemotherapy in treatment-naïve patients with stage IV NSCLC. Evaluating safety and efficacy in first-line squamous and nonsquamous NSCLC, the trial includes arms for standard pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy and pembrolizumab with patritumab deruxtecan, conducted at Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC sites across multiple countries.
