Gilead Sciences is leading a master protocol trial evaluating innovative regimens for metastatic or recurrent head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. The study tests two investigational arms—DOM plus ZIM with platinum-based chemotherapy versus ZIM with platinum-based chemotherapy—to determine efficacy and safety in the 1st line setting across multiple international sites.
