This Phase 1b multi-center study evaluates the safety and early efficacy of combining mFOLFIRINOX chemotherapy with Alpha DaRT—a device that emits targeted alpha particles—administered during the first four treatment cycles in patients with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. The trial assesses adverse events, overall and progression-free survival, pain control, and surgical resection potential, with follow-up for six months. Sponsor: Alpha Tau Medical LTD.
