Phase Ib Study: PTM-101 as an Adjunct to Neoadjuvant Therapy in Advanced PDAC

PanTher Therapeutics is evaluating PTM-101—a PLZ4-coated paclitaxel-loaded micelle nanoparticle—in combination with standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treatment-naïve patients with borderline resectable or locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. This Phase Ib study employs a modified 3+3 design for dose escalation followed by expansion to determine a preliminary RP2D, with subjects followed for a minimum of 24 months.
