Phase 1/2 Trial of Nadofaragene Firadenovec, IFN-alpha2b Expressing Adenovirus Gene Therapy

This open-label, single-arm study led by Ferring Pharmaceuticals evaluates safety and tolerability of nadofaragene firadenovec in adult patients with low-grade upper tract urothelial carcinoma, including papillary types. A safety lead-in will assess initial tolerability in six subjects, with complete response defined by absence of UTUC at 3 to 6 months.
