Kura Oncology is assessing the safety, tolerability, and initial efficacy of oral ziftomenib combined with imatinib in adults with advanced, KIT-mutant gastrointestinal stromal tumors post-imatinib failure. This study, with dose escalation and expansion arms, aims to define the optimal regimen across sites in New York and Houston.
