Roswell Park Cancer Institute is evaluating a regimen of mezigdomide, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone to target relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma with extramedullary disease. This trial leverages a cereblon modulator, proteasome inhibitor, and corticosteroid to enhance tumor cell kill and modulate the immune response.
