This multicenter study sponsored by Hoffmann-La Roche evaluates the safety and efficacy of adjuvant and perioperative alectinib combined with platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with resectable Stage II–IIIB non-squamous NSCLC harboring ALK fusions. Participants receive preoperative and/or postoperative treatment, including up to four cycles of chemotherapy followed by extended alectinib monotherapy.
