AbbVie is testing telisotuzumab vedotin—a c‑Met–targeted antibody-drug conjugate with a tubulin inhibitor—in adults with previously treated, c-Met-overexpressing, EGFR-wild-type, advanced non-squamous NSCLC—a biomarker-defined group that makes up roughly one-quarter of EGFR-WT cases (≈25%). The open-label, randomized (but without SOC comparator and unblinded) trial compares three IV dosing regimens over three years, tracking safety and disease control and pairs with their phase 3 randomized registrational trial (NCT04928846).
