This Phase 1 multicenter open-label study from Marker Therapeutics, Inc. evaluates safety and efficacy of escalating flat doses of investigational zedenoleucel, a multi-target primed allogeneic T cell therapy designed to target multiple tumor antigens. Eligible patients include those with relapsed or refractory AML and MDS displaying measurable residual disease after standard therapies, representing an early investigation into off-the-shelf cellular immunotherapy for hematologic malignancies.
