Phase I/II trial of AZD5492, trispecific T cell-engaging antibody targeting CD20.

This open-label study employs dose escalation and expansion to evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of AZD5492 monotherapy in patients with relapsed or refractory CD20+ B-cell malignancies. Participants include individuals with B-cell CLL, SLL, and other malignancies after at least three lines of prior therapy. Sponsored by AstraZeneca, the trial explores a novel trispecific T cell-engaging approach.
