This randomized, double-blind phase III study evaluates HLX22 combined with trastuzumab and XELOX versus standard treatment with or without pembrolizumab for HER2-positive locally advanced or metastatic gastric and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma. Patients are randomized 1:1 across global sites to assess efficacy and safety under Shanghai Henlius Biotech.
