This study evaluates ICP-248’s safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy alone or with CD20-directed antibodies in patients with relapsed/refractory CLL/SLL and mantle cell lymphoma. The trial uses dose-escalation and expansion cohorts—with obinutuzumab or rituximab combinations—to explore ICP-248 as an investigational modulator of B-cell signaling. InnoCare Pharma Inc. sponsors the study.
