This randomized, double-blind study compares the pharmacokinetics, efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity of GME751 versus US-/EU-licensed pembrolizumab administered intravenously as adjuvant therapy in patients with resected advanced melanoma (stages II and III). Sandoz leads this investigation to assess the biosimilarity of a novel small molecule targeting PD-L1/PD-L2 compared to established PD-1 monoclonal antibodies.
