Open-label Study on Lutetium-177 Vipivotide Tetraxetan Safety and Dosimetry in mCRPC

Novartis is investigating how moderate to severe renal impairment affects the biodistribution, dosimetry, and safety of Lutetium-177 vipivotide tetraxetan in progressive PSMA-positive mCRPC patients, including assessments for QT prolongation risk. Participants receive approximately 7.4 GBq every six weeks for 3–6 cycles, with enrollment spanning multiple international sites.
