The trial evaluates safety and efficacy of ribociclib, a CDK4/CDK6 inhibitor, combined with standard adjuvant endocrine therapy in HR+ HER2- early-stage breast cancer patients, including a subgroup with Stage IIA disease. This open-label, single-arm study by Novartis tests a 36-month regimen to assess invasive breast cancer-free survival; eligible patients have Stage I-III HR+ HER2- breast cancer receiving adjuvant endocrine therapy.
