LB2102 is a CAR-T therapy engineered to target DLL3 and armored with a block TGF-β receptor blockade signals. This phase 1 study (NCT05680922) so far evaluated LB2102 in nine relapsed/refractory SCLC/LCNEC patients. LB2102 showed no dose-limiting toxicities across doses up to 2×10^6 CAR+ T cells/kg, with only one grade 1 cytokine release event reported at the highest dose level. In the two highest dose levels, all patients maintained stable disease, and one patient achieved a partial response.
