The University of Oklahoma is evaluating the safety and efficacy of VS-6766 (avutometinib) together with defactinib in patients with recurrent endometrioid, mucinous ovarian, high-grade serous ovarian, or solid gynecological cancers harboring RAS, BRAF, or NF-1 mutations. This multi-center study aims to determine if dual pathway inhibition can overcome resistance mechanisms in these difficult-to-treat cancers.
