Phase II Study of Pomalidomide, Thalidomide Derivative Vascular Inhibitor in Kaposi Sarcoma

This trial evaluates pomalidomide monotherapy for Kaposi Sarcoma patients. Eligible participants receive pomalidomide orally in cycles, with treatment continuation based on response. Conducted at multiple US centers and sponsored by the National Cancer Institute, the study further explores the drug’s vascular inhibition and immune-modulating activity.
