City of Hope Medical Center is testing the optimal dose and safety of bosentan—an endothelin receptor inhibitor—when combined with standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer. The aim is to determine if blocking endothelin signaling can enhance chemotherapy efficacy by potentially disrupting tumor growth and spread.
