Aptose Biosciences Inc. is exploring the safety, tolerability, and optimal dosing of tuspetinib—with or without venetoclax (±azacitidine)—in patients with relapsed/refractory AML, MDS-IB2, CMML, and newly diagnosed AML. This open-label, multicenter trial employs a dose-escalation and expansion design to inform future studies with both single-agent and combination regimens.
