Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is leading a multi-cohort phase II study assessing different targeted regimens—combining letrozole with abemaciclib alone or with LY3023414, metformin, or zotatifin—in patients with recurrent or metastatic ER+ endometrial cancer and low-grade serous ovarian cancer, including those resistant to standard therapy. This trial aims to identify optimal combinations to enhance antitumor efficacy while managing safety in these challenging patient populations.
