ECOG-ACRIN is investigating the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of combining venetoclax with either liposomal or sulfate vincristine in patients with relapsed/refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoblastic lymphoma. The study aims to optimize dosing and assess whether dual targeting of BCL-2 and microtubule dynamics can enhance responses in these heavily pretreated patients.
