In this Phase 1 study of daraxonrasib for RAS G12X mutant NSCLC, paired plasma samples revealed that complete clearance of ctDNA by Day 1 of Cycle 2/3 was observed in 89% of responders and 70% of patients with stable disease, while none of the patients with progressive disease achieved clearance, highlighting a significant correlation (p=0.018) between early ctDNA reduction and clinical benefit.
Rapid and complete clearance of ctDNA may serve as an early predictive biomarker for daraxonrasib efficacy, potentially guiding treatment decisions in RAS mutant NSCLC.
