In this Phase 2 study, the addition of CM24 and nivolumab to chemotherapy in advanced PDAC showed modest overall improvements in survival and response rates, but subgroup analyses reveal that patients with intermediate serum CEACAM1 (6K–15K pg/mL) and specific NET marker levels (MPO 200–600 ng/mL) experienced statistically significant gains in overall and progression-free survival.
These results suggest that measuring serum CEACAM1 and MPO could help identify pancreatic cancer patients most likely to benefit from CM24-based therapy, enhancing patient stratification and treatment outcomes.
